Can anyone upload the recompiled VBoxDD.dll for VBox4, the rapidshare link above seems to be no longer valid.

    Thanks,
    Ron

after uninstalling i also still have it in the context menu. i took me some time to remove the rest manually, even how to remove the driver in inf folder i had to search how to get rit of it. why can’t you make a proper clean uninstall?? this is ridiculous and totally unneccessary.

I just tried the same thing, mounts the bluray iso but won’t play in TMT. Uninstalled WinCDEmu, installed VCD, plays fine!!
    That’s disappointing!

    disabling autoplay would be helpful.

Another way to solve this problem is to check “Use Visual Studio project system” instead “Use BUILD system” in project properties. In this way your project will be compiled using VS tools, which isn’t good for making drivers, so the choice is yours.

    Hi,

Also I found that the carriage-return char between “VSWIZARD 7.0” and “Wizard=…” should be rn instead of only n. I don’t know why but god the same wizard error in vs2008 if the carriage-return is not changed.

    Hi there,

I’m running VirtualBox 4.0.4 on Win7 64bit as Host and Win7 64bit as guest. I compiled vboxdd.dll with latest trunk from virtualbox and installed it on the host. At the guest I installed kdvm.dll by using vminstall.exe.

My problem is that the debuger is not started automaticaly nor is it getting any connection via the pipe nor output. Any suggestions how i can track that probelm?

    I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64
I downloaded the signed version so that I didn’t have any issues by using test signing mode.
    Driver seemed to install correctly.

Found out a couple of days later that WinZip 14.5 had been broken.
Screen showed a dialogue box from WinCdEmu, so I knew it was the recent installation of this what had caused the problem.
Uninstalled WinCdEmu, winzip still broken, had to repair it.

Please fix WinCDEmu so that it does not screw up winzip, it couldn’t even open zip files ???

    Halliluja! It’s work!
There is one little addition, if you execute binary files of VirtualKD without any installation this .vmpatch file will in same folder as your vmmon.exe located.

The custom installer also fails with “Installation aborted” when being ran during windows logon 🙁

This make WinCDEmu essentially undeployable using tools like opsi (http://opsi.org).
