    Well, just because development has stopped, it doesn’t mean the program doesn’t work as advertised 😀

    Personally, I believe the portable version offers something unique.

    If you need to mount images that contain protection related information (like Securom or Starforce images etc), WinCDEmu isn’t the right choice. 😀

    Weird. Which version and on which OS ?

    Uninstall and reinstall last version as admin. :geek:

    Weird, maybe it crashes while enumerating the drives (to find the available letters)

    Open a command prompt as admin and run this command :
    wmic logicaldisk get name

    You mean you select the mount option from the context menu of an iso and it crashes when it tries to show the window ? Maybe it’s crashing while trying to populate the drive letter list.

    Does the WinCDEmu settings window show up fine ? (From the start menu options)

    Maybe there should be an option in the general program settings called “Uninstall the device when ejecting/unmounting an image”

    Is there a way to suppress the sound that windows makes when a new device is (dis)connected ?

    It’s somewhat distracting.

    Heh, I doubt bluray disks are supported.
