Same here. Same problem. Same OS.
I get this message:
Cannot install driver: error E0000247Other virtual image software works without a problem.
Got the very same error, any solution to it yet? any chance to do a manual driver installation.
Strange thing, portable version 3.4 works.
AnonymousParticipantI have the same issue with a linux project I’m trying to debug however I don’t see the “Disable -file-list-exec-source-files” option. where would I find that for a linux project?
I’m using VisualGDB 4.1AnonymousParticipantHi,

Hi,
I am using the trail version of visual GDB.
I am building my Android app and I am facing a pretty weird scenario.
In my Application.mk when I mention NDK Version as 4.8 it hits the set breakpoints, but does not show any values in debug.
When I change it to clang 3.3 it very well shows the values but does not hit the set breakpoints. Can please some one help in solving this puzzle.
–What toolchain is to be set(I android application is x86 based and so I need to compile my sse code) ?
–Here is the message i get from my GDB session when i debug -var-create: unable to create variable objectI need my android application to hit the breakpoints and as well as show the values.
Thanks in Advance.
AnonymousParticipantWith the installed version you can, with the portable when pigs fly
Use batchmnt inside the folder when you have installed the softwarebatchmnt [] [/wait]
AnonymousParticipantWould like to have command line arguement support, too.
It would be nice to be able to start a new session vom command line.
Like: SmarTTY.exe -ssh host:port -u username -p passwordAnonymousParticipantAlso want to add: even if I manually change the source code on the server and then also change the code in VS (both different pieces of code), then it still says everything matches !!?!?! SO I wonder: what the hell is it comparing !?!
AnonymousParticipantAny help ? Any idea’s ? I really want to buy this program and use it, but I can’t when I can’t even get it to work 🙁
AnonymousParticipantDon’t bother using this crappy program, contains viruses, adware, trojans, etc. Just after installing from this site, I noticed a file trying to open IE (i uninstalled it so it failed) and after looking through my computer, noticed several programs that were trying to spy on me, make me think they weren’t what they were, etc. One great example is a program called dxdiag.exe. Problem was, dxdiag is a dialog box that show directx information and does not take up 350+MB of ram, but rather on the amount of a couple MB. I would leave this site and not return unless they can fix the adware, trojans, spyware, etc.
A few programs spying were “core.exe” “dxdiag.exe”
Just run away from here fast you can
(btw, this program failed to run properly for me, by setting a different disc type then i selected…)
AnonymousParticipantJust wanted to add: if I click build, it DOES change and save the file to the local directory ..
AnonymousParticipantHi there, first of all I’d like to add my thanks for SmarTTY (and WinCDEMU, I didn’t even realise you were the same people).
Its mentioned in the first post here, but I would like to add a vote for the ability to name a saved connection. I have something like 30 saved connections to various bits of kit and the username is often not descriptive of what the connection is too (for example I have about 12 with identical usernames and the ip is identical across the first three octets, so they all show as USER@172.16.16… and I can’t easily tell which is which).
Other than that its bloody brilliant.
AnonymousParticipantI am running my android application with visual GDB, which is integrated to visual 2010.
When ever i build my application I am getting this error.Error 7 error MSB3073: The command “”C:Program Files (x86)SysprogsVisualGDBVisualGDB.exe” /build “C:Usersbond007DesktopAndroidProject2AndroidProject2AndroidProject2.vcxproj” “/solution:C:Usersbond007DesktopAndroidProject2AndroidProject2.sln” “/config:Debug” “/platform:Win32″” exited with code 1. C:Program Files (x86)MSBuildMicrosoft.Cppv4.0Microsoft.MakeFile.Targets 38
In the previous comments it was told that the bug is fixed in the next release. But I am having the same issue.
When I click on the error it takes me to Microsoft.Makefile.Targets, can somebody plz suggest a fix to this. Thanks in advance
-SteveAnonymousParticipantThank for reply.
I solved it by add
APP_STL := gnustl_static
in the Application.mk (if there is no Application.mk , you may create one).AnonymousParticipant🙁
Anybody who is able to shed some light on this topic?
Greets,
A
