I used the tutorial Debugging Multiple ESP32 Boards with VisualGDB – VisualGDB Tutorials for installing the drivers. All was exactly as described, I had to use FT_PROG to create a serial, and everything has been done as in the tutorial.

When selecting USB device ESP32 DevKit as OpenOCD debugger, I also see the device with the new serial number. I checked with Zadig and see, that WinUSB (v6.1.7600.16385) is installed. Nevertheless when pressing the “Test” button the error message appears that “WinUSB” doesn’t appear to be installed.

Execution also says “Error: libusb_open() failed with LIBUSB_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED.

    Do you have further advices?

    Hi,

Yes, please try checking with the Espressif support. The OpenOCD fork is maintained by them, so they might have a better insight into it.
