All the VisualDDK menu items seem to be disabled (greyed out) in VS2008, VS2005, and VS2010. When I goto Add-In Manager and uncheck the checkbox in front of “VisualDDK project launcher” the items are enabled on closing the dialog. However as soon as I click on any of the menu items the item works but afterwards the menu items go back to being disabled.
The menu items will be enabled only when you have a driver project open. To create a driver project, use the normal “Create Project” dialog and select “VisualDDK” there.
