fail to install 2.3 under WindowsXP SP3

during install there is a error message pop-up says
“Usage: DRVINST [instroot/copyinf/updatedrv] [args]”
“Installation aborted!”

but it does install some files into “C:Program FilesWinCDEmu”
I tried to run vmnt.exe directly tried every option
than try to launch an iso file
it shows “Cannot find C:WINDOWSsystem32driversBazisVirtualCD.sys. Update WinCDEmu driver?” — Yes
“Cannot connect to virtual disk bus!”

than i tried to copy 4 files in X64 and than X86 into C:WINDOWSsystem32drivers
but still…. not working

hope someone can help me out here

Try running with an administrator account.
That made it work for me.
