Debug Driver Configuration problem

Hello Every Body
My Question about configuring debugging drivers using visualDDK tool
I am planning to build Filtering driver SO
I have Windows 7(not virtual), and I installed WDK on it, and I installed visual studio 2008 on ,it and I installed VisualDDK 4.1.

I have installed VMWare and virtual OS (WinXP SP3)
And I have copy C:Program FilesVisualDDKtargetvminstall.exe and installed it on this virtual machine.
And I follow the steps To Configure debugging and all my tries to get debugging work was not success.

Some Times When I go to: VS>Tools>Attach To Process >

And Some Times I got this message error:

Any help is appreciated.
