I realize that there isn’t pre-built libraries for Qt5 and I can’t find anything that works to show how to create them.  So VS2012 won’t work with Qt’s 1.1.x addin for qt4 and there isn’t anything available for qt5 on the pi (that works) which leaves me stuck!  Has anyone figured out this problem?  Seems strange that the Qt hasn’t released something official for Qt5 on the PI.

Thank you!  I’d like to use Qt to create a digital/analog clock for Beaglebone Black.  Is there a tutorial that helps explain how to implement Qt in VS?

Tech support had me follow the Rasberry Pi tutorial which I was able to get working. Make sure you use the Rasberry Pi tool chains instead of the Beaglebone toolchain.

That is the tutorial that I followed.  I got the correct toolchain added and I’m getting the same problem.  Is the tutorial outdated?  I do get an error when I download the GNU toolchain for Beaglebone and it says “Access denied”.  Any ideas?

Forgive me for asking a really dumb question but where do I find the “usb console”?

I connected the beaglebone to my router and when I use beaglebone for the host name I get “host name not found” When I type the address the DHCP gives .1.18 as the host name I get “LIBSSH2 returned LIBSSH_ERROR_SOCKET_RECV”. If I ping the board with 192.168.1.18 I get all the packets ok. Any idea????
