    Hello !

First of all, i have been using visualGDB for over a month now and i am loving it. However i have a little problem with Xming : it is far too slow. So slow in fact that it regularly crash when i try to debug my program. I wanted to know if there are way to fix this problem. I have tryed to use XcXsrv and it has improved a little bit but it is still very slow.

Is there an alternative to Xming that i could use with visualGDB ? For exemple i would be interested in trying NX ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NX_technology ) but i have no idea how to configure it with visualGDB in mind ( or if it is even possible )

So, is it possible ? Is there any other alternatives ?

As Always , thank you for taking the time to help me with this.

    Hi,

A reasonable strategy would be to get it working outside VisualGDB first (e.g. with PuTTY), make sure it works the way you expect it, and then describe your setup so that we could help you replicate something similar in VisualGDB.
