VisualGDB License – Urgent!!!

Hi,

we own a Visual GDB License.
I recently changed my computer and now i am not able to activate the license, since it seems to be used from my old pc.

What do i have to do, to change it to the new system? I already tried to enter the product key, but it was refused!

Please help, since it is very urgent!
