VisaulGDB Error LBSSH2 returned LIBSSH2_ERROR_PROTO

I have a solution with numerous VisualGDB and VisualKernel projects and somewhat randomly I will receive the following error when attempting to build.

VisualGDB : error : LIBSSH2 returned LIBSSH2_ERROR_PROTO
VisualGDB : error : SSH PTY request failed (LIBSSH2 returned LIBSSH2_ERROR_PROTO). Try increasing minimal delay between PTY requests in global settings.

Where do I go to increase this minimal delay setting?

Hi,

You can increase the delay via Tools->Options->VisualGDB->General->SSH->Minimal delay between PTY requests.

Alternatively please try updating your SSH package on the Linux side (see this thread for the related package versions).

By increasing my Minimal delay between PTY requests to 2500 I have not been able to reproduce the issue after numerous attempts.

When I have an opportunity I will update my Linux OS’s SSH package, but at this time the increase of the delay is enough of a solution.
