    Hi Support,

    I purchased Analyzer2Go for my own personal use.  I’m trying to register my home user for this forum, but I can’t generate the initial password (I’m using my work account to post this message).  My home account username is david_home.  I’ve been sent an email to reset (generate initial) password.  When I click on the reset password link it takes me to the login page and message saying the link I used is invalid.

    I’m happy just to use my work account for this forum (the work account has purchased VisualGDB from you, but hasn’t purchased Analyzer2Go yet).  If you are happy with that arrangement, can you please delete the david_home account that I was trying to establish.

    Hi,

    No problem, we have reset your password manually and sent it to the email associated with your new account. You should be able to login now.
