At the install screen which says “Select Visual Studio versions to use,” all buttons except the Cancel button are ghosted and I can’t finish installation. See attached screenshot to see what options I chose. I replaced my username under the Add-ins location with “…” for the screenshot, but with the correct username in there the buttons remain ghosted. Any ideas?
