SmarTTY: reusing private key for other applications

Hi,

Smartty ssh setup was easiest I’ve seen and I’m very grateful for that automated key generation feature. However as I’ve not made complete switch from Putty I still need to type in password there. Is there some way I can reuse the private key in SmarTTY for Putty and other apps? I would like to avoid generating another key pair unless that is the only remaining option. As far as I understood SmarTTY generates private key based on Windows user account so maybe as long as I’m logged in I can access that private key. I just don’t know how.
