    Use evaluation version, and try to build my some projects STM32F1 and STM32F4

    And found too bad thing for me.

    Clang immediately stucks after any russian text in comment, native VS IntelliSense works good, all my code contain russian comments, and actually Clang not works for me.

    Hi,

    The Clang IntelliSense expects all source files to have the UTF-8 encoding. If you are using a different encoding, please change it to UTF-8.
