NRG file system not recognised

I’ve just installed WinCDEmu and mounted an NRG image of an Audio CD which had been created by my NERO program.

I get a new V: drive, but Windows 10 Pro says it does not recognise the file system, nor does Windows Media Player. If I mount the same NRG file with Alcohol52%, it works, but I want to be rid of Alcohol 52% and its annoying Smart File  Advisor.

Program WinCDEmu runs fine for video dvd or data cd, but not recognizes .nrg audio cd, the new drive is empty.
