Nordic nRF5x SDK11.0 Release

Hi,

I’d like to know if you consider updating Nordic nRF5x SDK to recently released v11.0 production ready? If yes is there a time estimate? Can I do something on my side to locally update? I’ve tried your bsp tools from github (referenced on this forum in other SDK related post) and managed to create and install BSP but something was wrong with it and projects didn’t even compile. If you can provide some instructions how to do it properly I can try and make a working version or if you prefer I can beta test upcoming release. This is the first SDK that brings decent cryptography support to nRF5x and I need it in one of my projects.

Looks like the latest version available on the Nordic website is v10.0: https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF5_SDK/

We normally update the SDKs quarterly and we only use the stable version. You can also try running our BSP generator on the pre-release SDK, however we cannot guarantee that it will work.

The newest version on nordic website is 11.0 “production ready”: http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF5_SDK/nRF5_SDK_v11.x.x/ This is stable version certified by Bluetooth SIG and the first stable version for nRF52 series. Also this is the first version that unifies development between nRF51 and 52 series. Your BSP generator doesn’t work with this and modifications that I’ve tried to make allow to generate BSP pack but code doesn’t compile.
