As a workaround, please follow our legacy device tutorial to setup a project manually. Does Visual GDB support 8051? I can not found any information about 8051 on the official website. Thank you in advance. March 5, 2019 at 17:55 #24086 supportKeymaster Sorry, we do not support 8051 devices as they do not have a GCC/GDB-based toolchain and are not as popular as ARM-based devices.
