Custom target. Error on building the TelnetDemo project.

Hi!

I have tried to use tutorial from https://visualgdb.com/tutorials/custom/transports/

And then I got the error with solution TelnetTarget, because it has the reference to the unavailable project “VisualGDBExtensibility”.

To solve this, I deleted the “VisualGDBExtensibility” project from solution and added the reference to \Program Files (x86)\Sysprogs\VisualGDB\VisualGDBExtensibility.dll
