Clang Intellisense: Cannot connect to the smart tag backend.

I keep getting the following error during use. I recently upgraded to VS2022 (and VisualGDB 5.6R6 Build 4622).

Cannot connect to the smart tag backend. Do you want to attempt fixing this by resetting the MEF cache?

This eventually happens every time I’m using Visual Studio, although sometimes it takes a couple of minutes.
