Arduino change board quickly

Is there a way to quickly change the board for example from the Arduino Uno to the Arduino Nano without creating a new project?

This feature would be very handy.

For everyone: Right click your Arduino project hover your mouse over “Add” and then click on “Manage Arduino Boards”.
