VirtualKD Installation error

Hi,
I am trying to install VritualKD onto my system but is running into an error. I did the following
1. I chose to alternatively rename and replace the VBoxDD.dll on my host machine.
2. I then started my target machine and ran the vminstall per the direction via http://virtualkd.sysprogs.org/.
3. I ran the vmmon.exe on my host machine
4. I restarted my virtual machine and chose to boot using Win XP Pro… [Virtual KD] [Debug Enable]

However, my virtual machine gets lost and never boots up (does not even go through the WIndow’s logo loading)

Am I missing something?
