Support for STM32F769 Discovery board ?

Hi,

I’ve updated the STM chip package under “new embedded project” but it doesn’t list the new STM32F769 micro for the latest DISCO board (http://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/32f769idiscovery.html)

Is this easy to add ? If not can you point me toward the files I might need to change if I pick the old Disco as a starting point.

Hi,

Our latest STM32 BSP does support the STM32F769 board. Perhaps you are using an older version of VisualGDB that is not compatible with the latest BSPs?

The latest STM32 BSP is v4.0 and the latest VisualGDB is v5.2.

Hi,

I’ve only just purchased VisualGDB embedded, however, I did have a trial version installed a few months ago.

Should I uninstall, and start again or should it be able to update to the latest version from my licence key ?

Hi,

You can just run the latest installer. It will update everything automatically.
