    I’ve found VisualGDB’s support for STM32 devices pretty great but never encountered any feature hinting toward adjusting option bytes/config fuses or however you name them. This has me wondering if there is any (planned) for a feature like this.

    Hi,

    Sorry, we are not currently planning direct support for changing the option bytes, as the ST-Link utility from ST already provides a convenient GUI for editing them.
