    I’m assuming this step is to install on my Windows Desktop where I’m running Visual Studio 2015.  Doesn’t look like there is a version for Debian (Jessie).  Do I have that correct?  It’s a little unclear.

    Hi,

    Yes, sorry about the confusion. The tutorial assumes you are using Windows Desktop with Visual Studio to target Raspberry Pi running Debian (Jessie).
