    most term has a option, when you scroll up to look some thing, coming output will NOT take you back to bottom, scroll paused, it’s helpful when you looking log.
    when you try input, then will scroll to bottom.

    Which output do you mean here, GDB Session? It already has a pause auto-scrolling button.
