On the VGDB project properties screen, under Arduino project, settings different from those that are actually being used are listed –
But the actually used J-Link adapter doesn’t show up as Upload method.
Shouldn’t that screen list the actual settings together with available options?

Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the problem based on the description you provided.
If VisualGDB behaves differently than you expect, please share the steps to reproduce the problem per our problem reporting guidelines and we will try to investigate this further.
