ISOmouted CD not present complain

Hi I am trying to mount several old little games for kids, created for use in WIN2k and at last WIN XP. Some off them work properly after mounted using WinCDEmu. Some run ok, from the iso mounted, other need to be installed, and run ok. Nevertheless there are someones always returning the complain, “CD not present”. Is there any way to overcome this? The reason for using this kind of approach is the fact that CD Readers often fail, and after some hours they are wasted and I need to buy another one.

It is a method of copy protection to require the physical CD in a physical CD-player. As far as I know there is no workaround other than decompiling the program and change it in the program code.
