i use STM32 HAL ,cann't use printf

i do same things as up;i only replace standard library with HAL，but printf no data，however，HAL_UART_Transmit_IT or HAL_UART_Transmit can output data。

We actually have a HAL tutorial here: https://visualgdb.com/tutorials/arm/stm32/uart/hal/

Please try following it instead.
