ESP32 Toolchain 5.2.0 R12

Just tried to update the toolchain to 5.2.0 r12 and I am receiving messages about a corrupt package.  I have tried using the following methods:

• Automatic update when VS starts
• Manual update through the Tools -> Visual GDB -> Manage VisualGDB packages
• Downloading through the web site and running the installer

All result in the same problem.  I have had to go back to the R9 package as the R10 package does not appear to be available for download and manual install.

Thanks for reporting this and sorry for the inconvenience. We have double-checked the installer file and resolved the problem. You should be able to install it as usual now.
