Error while creating new Linux projects

LS,

When creating (any) new unix based project in visual studio 2017, I get the an error after pressing FINISH in the Linux Project wizard. You can see the exception in the attached image file.

I have updated Visual Studio to the latest update and reinstalled VisualGDB to see if that fixed the issue but it didn’t.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

This looks like a VS bug that was present in a few preview builds of VS2017, but got fixed later. Could you please attach a screenshot of your About Visual Studio window (not about VisualGDB), so that we could double-check that the build number matches the one in our test environment?
