    I was using 5.3 and updated to VisualGDB-5.4.7.2519.msi.
    My workflow was working perfectly with 5.3.
    Now VGDB always wants to install cmake 3.1 although it was & is still installed and setup properly in Tools/Options.
    What am I missing? What else wants VGDB to install (is there any logfile for that action)? My development machine does not have INet access.
