It’s my first contribution for the WinCDEmu project.
I’m now the new French translator and will maintain the translation for the forthcoming releases.

After having put my translation in the program path, to check it in context, I’ve noticed that the settings panel doesn’t suit the strings I’ve translated.
The settings dialog isn’t large enoughjt to display the strings entirely : it’s the same problem all other non-English languages where the translation is a bit too large (e.g. Dutch).

Also, it would be great if we can get an IRC channel (e.g. on freenode) where devs and contributors can discuss about bugs or problems occured with WinCDEmu (or with dev ideas too :P).
