The changelog of virtualbox 4.3.16 states that support for virtualkd was added:
VirtualKD: introduced stub/loader device for speeding up Windows kernel debugging, details see http://virtualkd.sysprogs.org/
However I have not been able to figure out how to get VirtualKd working with virtualbox 4.3.16. Does anybody know what has changed and how get virtualkd working with virtualbox 4.3.16?
Use http://public.avast.com/~hnanicek/VirtualKd.zip, it is compatible with 4.3.16+.
You can use this modified version
