SmarTTY cannot connect to Raspberry

Hi,

I downloaded the GNU Toolchain for the Raspberry and followed the instructions here:

Unfortunately the update of the cross-compiler sysroot is not working, because the connection to the Raspi via SmarTTY can not be established.

I am getting following error “Cannot connect” because of an incompatible address (see attachment)

How can I correct the problem?
