I installed WinCDEmu on my two Win 7 SP1 PC’s (my desktop Professorial x32 and my laptop Ultimate x64).
However, on neither of them, when I right-click on the CD drive icon with a CD in the drive, I don’t have the “Create ISO Image” choice. It has “Install or run program from your media” and “Eject” in a long list of possibilities, but no “Create ISO Image”.
Do I need to install something else too? Is there some option to enable this?
Here is a work around: download and install iso recorder. It is an msi installation file that appears to have been an off shoot from a microsoft project that never got implemented.

I think even the microsoft team recommends this utility on their support page.
Alternatively you can use winarchiever or imgburn.com/index.php?act=screenshots
