Missing VisualDDK Console in Visual Studio 2008

Thank you for this great tools (VisualDDK and WinCDEmu).

I have tried to proceed according to the documentation sysprogs_dot_org_slash_firstdriver in order to create the dummy driver.

Everything works fine up to point 19.
There is no VisualDDK Console, as can be seen in point 14.
The guest starts, the debug output shows the loaded DLLs, but i can’t load the driver.

In the VM (VirtualBox) runs Windows 7.
The guest system is started and the DDKLaunchMonitor waits for connection.

I use Visual Studio 2008 on Windows Vista (32 bit).

What am I doing wrong?
