Creating BSP for new device family

Hello,

We are a design house for secure microcontrollers (custom RISC-V core with our own peripherals).
We want to create BSP for our device familly for internal use and to send to our customer.
We are also interested in creating a Embedded Debug Method Packages (EDPs) as we have a custom hardware emulator.
I have found tutorial to create custom or shared BSP from an existing one. But I did not find documentation for creating BSP for new devices.

Where can we find documentation for creating BSP or EDPs?
