Colors for Directories?

    Is there a way to enable different colors for directories and/or files? I have seen this on some CLI and like it. 🙂

    I believe it is done using LS_COLORS? When I do something like:

    LS_COLORS="di=1;31"

    I can see the LS_COLORS is set but it is not resulting in what I would expect to see?
