Can others get this to build?

I wonder if any other VisualGDB users are willing to see what is needed to make this project build:

I’m just a hobbyist but should add I have significant (if rusty) training in electronics, have been a developer for decades, use Visual Studio hugely (C# and some C), have worked as a C developer on sophisticated native (C) concurrent APIs on Windows and all round very experienced software developer and work full time on mission critical business systems development in C#, I also use Git daily and live in the world of code.

Any help is much appreciated.

Just wanted to give a quick heads up that if you are looking for community help, please also consider asking on StackOverflow. It has a large developer community, including many STM32 users and some of them might have encountered a similar issue before.

This is resolved, it was caused by me assuming I could freely leverage the std periph library within a project initially created for HAL.
