    Setup:

    Host OS: OSX

    Host Debugger (runs WinDbg) runs under an instance of VMWare Fusion

    Target (has kernel debug enabled) runs under another instance of VMWare Fusion

    From looking at the website, it does not appear that this would work, since it seems that the host (which runs WinDbg) must also be the host machine for the targets VM instance.
