I’ve been looking into the short term rental market in Dubai, and it seems a lot more demanding than most owners expect.

On paper, it sounds easy, list the property, accept bookings, and earn income. But in reality, there’s guest communication, cleaning, check-in coordination, maintenance, pricing updates, and review management. That can become a lot, especially if the owner is busy or living outside the UAE.

That’s why I can see why many owners prefer professional holiday home management in Dubai instead of trying to handle everything themselves.

It also seems like success depends on more than just location. Two similar properties can perform very differently based on how well they’re managed.
