Obviously I must say that VisualDDK is an amazing product.
I think that a minimize to tray icon could be added to the Virtual Machine Monitor because after setting it up and WinDbg (or another debugger) is loaded, generally there is almost no new iteration with the app.
OK, the security considerations are regarding the VisualDDK monitor (the program that runs on VM and starts your driver on demand). As for the VM monitor, you can simply close it when you don’t need it any more. VisualDDK can detect and patch the required VMs automatically when you start debugging in Visual Studio and does not need the VM monitor.
