Has anyone been able to get VirtualKD 2.3 to work when using a Vista x64 guest under VMware 7.0.1. Everything works fine for x86 guests, but not with x64.

Both vmmon and vmxpatch64 never return from patching the process when an x64 guest is involved. They just sit there until terminated. At this point, vmxpatch will say the process has already been patched, but it never works.
