Compressed sampling
In compressed mode, Analyzer2Go uses advanced double-buffering mode to compress the previously sampled data while sampling the next portion.
The compressed frame size is limited by the amount of the signal changes and not by the time. E.g. capturing 1000 periods of a 1MHz clock (1ms) vs. capturing 1000 periods of a 4MHz clock (0.25ms) will require the same amount of device RAM.
You can configure the sampling frequency and the maximum duration of a compressed frame in the "Sampling frequency and triggers" window:
To capture even longer time intervals, try using the continuous mode.
