It can show time-based graphs of live variables, regular variables (captured at each debug stop) or view individual arrays as graphs:<a href=\"https:\/\/sysprogs.com\/tutorials\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/graphwnd.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1162\" src=\"https:\/\/sysprogs.com\/tutorials\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/graphwnd.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1083\" height=\"531\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sysprogs.com\/tutorials\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/graphwnd.png 1083w, https:\/\/sysprogs.com\/tutorials\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/graphwnd-300x147.png 300w, https:\/\/sysprogs.com\/tutorials\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/graphwnd-1024x502.png 1024w, https:\/\/sysprogs.com\/tutorials\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/graphwnd-768x377.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1083px) 100vw, 1083px\" \/><\/a>Unlike VisualGDB that can only show one set of live variables at the same time, in CodeVROOM you can create multiple named graphs with different variables, and view them one at a time, or simultaneously in multiple windows.<\/p>\n<h1>Main Controls<\/h1>\n<p>You can open the Graph window via <strong>Debug-&gt;Windows-&gt;Graph<\/strong> command while the debug session is running. The window provides the following controls:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drop-down selector of graphs <strong>(1)<\/strong>. It can be used to create independent graphs, switch between them, or open other graphs in separate windows.<\/li>\n<li>Time Scope <strong>(2)<\/strong> allows switching between all data, or last 10\/30\/60 seconds (customizable via global settings)<\/li>\n<li>The pause button <strong>(3)<\/strong> allows pausing graph updates, so you can review individual points, or check statistics, such as average value.<\/li>\n<li>Scale lock <strong>(4)<\/strong> freezes the vertical scale when zooming into a particular part of the graph.<\/li>\n<li>Settings drop-down <strong>(5)<\/strong> allows customizing various settings (see below)<\/li>\n<li>Export button <strong>(6)<\/strong> exports the collected data into CSV files<\/li>\n<li>Legend <strong>(7)<\/strong> is used to add, remove or rearrange graphs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Legend View<\/h1>\n<p>The legend view works like a miniature version of a regular Watch window that shows the same variable suggestions based on the global symbol list or GDB output. You will see it as gaps in the recorded graphs.
