BSOD with batchmnt.exe unmountall

Hi,

I updated version 3.3 to 3.6 but after that i get an BSOD with batchmnt.exe /unmountall on Bazisvirtualcd.sys.
I have got Windows 7 x86.

I uninstalled both but still i get an BSOD.

I hope u could help me.

Hi, could you please attach a minidump here? The minidumps are located in C:windowsminidump. By analyzing the minidump I will be able to understand and fix the cause of the BSOD!

Hallo,
I have got the same promblems. I am running Windows 7 64-bit version. The file above you have submitted seems to have the same version number with a different file date, so I guess it is a newer version, although the last posting is quite old.

So now I have got 3 questions:
1) I assume, this could fix the problem, is this correct?
2) I have found 3 locations of this file. Could you please tell where to put it?
3) Is it possible that you include the new file into the download?
